The National Center for Government Resources Systems has crowned its digital efforts by ranking 21st among top government entities, achieving the Innovation Stage with a score of 90.93% in the 2025 Digital Transformation Index. The Center also ranked 2nd among the top 15 government entities in the technology, transportation, and media sector. Moreover, the Center ranked among the highest-performing government entities in digital transformation for 2025, achieving the Innovation Stage (90.93%), securing 21st place overall, and 3rd place as one of the top 10 government entities in the technology, transportation, and media domain.

Etimad Platform Achieves Fourth Place in the 2025 Digital Experience Maturity
Etimad Platform, affiliated with the National Center for Government Resource Systems, achieved fourth place in the 2025 Digital Experience Maturity Index issued by the Digital Government Authority, advancing two places compared to 2024. The platform achieved a score of 91.43%, at an advanced level. Etimad Platform also topped the digital platforms in the Technology and Tools perspective, achieving first place with a score of 96.33%, at a distinguished level. This was according to the evaluation results announced on Wednesday, which included 50 government platforms.

The National Center for Government Resource Systems Launches the “Nuzum Community” Program
The National Center for Government Resource Systems launched the “Nuzum Community" program, with the participation of more than 110 government entities. The program aims to train and empower nominated beneficiaries from various government entities in adopting change management methodology and raising their awareness of the use of government resource systems, through establishing a community of “Systems Leaders" across different government entities. The “Nuzum Community" program consists of several stages, beginning with foundational training, capacity building, support and follow-up, and concluding with the sharing of experiences and success stories. The first phase of the training program lasted for three weeks, during which more than 120 government employees were trained. The training program also combined both theoretical and practical aspects to develop participants' skills and provide them with the necessary tools and enablers. The training courses covered several topics, including change management, implementing communication plans with beneficiaries of government resource systems, influence and persuasion to motivate beneficiaries of government resource systems, adopting the National Center for Government Resource Systems' methodology for change management, and the comprehensive and unified framework for managing functional training on government resource systems. These topics are intended to help participants during the implementation phase in the workplace and enable them to carry out their roles as Systems Leaders, contributing to empowering government entities to use government systems and improving the beneficiary experience. The organization of this program comes as part of the National Center for Government Resource Systems' efforts to raise the efficiency and effectiveness of managing financial resources, human resources, and government procurement systems across various government entities, in a way that supports digital transformation and contributes to achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

The National Center for Government Resource Systems launched the "Reports and Indicators" product on its Etimad platform. The product enables the government and private sectors to use the capabilities of business intelligence and big data to obtain the necessary information and reports that analyze indicators, evaluate performance, and monitor the progress of financial operations. This product provides interactive executive and leadership dashboards and operational reports enabling the government sector to view their respective data on Etimad. Payroll Self-Inquiry Service for Individuals via Etimad
The National Center for Government Resources Systems has launched a Payroll Self-Inquiry Service for Individuals through the Etimad portal, allowing government sector employees to view their salary paystubs and other financial details. One of the most important goals that NCGR aims to achieve through this service is to enable government employees to view their paystub details. The service provides a better experience by giving direct access to beneficiary payroll data and financial details. Through this service, the center seeks to enhance the benefit from existing available data. The service provides a detailed salary breakdown for all government employees and displays prior payroll data, including all financial paystubs submitted by the employer. The service lets users view past paystubs through the Advanced Search icon and allows Search by Keyword.

NCGR provides a service to inquire about government payments via "Etimad" platform
NCGR provided a service to inquire about government payments via "Etimad" platform, which enables citizens, residents and visitors to inquire about government payments, and review Ministry of Interior payments transactions’ details, and such service shall be available soon for all government authorities’ payments. Such self-service saves time and effort, as the beneficiary may identify the details of transactions paid or canceled thereby. Further, via "Etimad" platform, said service provides the possibility of inquiring about total recoverable balance remaining on specific sector of Ministry of Interior, as well as clarification of balance’s payments and bank particulars electronically in a few minutes without the need to refer to the concerned authority. “Etimad” platform has adopted an easy and simplified mechanism of stated service for beneficiary in order to be able to view payments’ details upon selection of method of querying whether by “beneficiary number” or “customer number”, and using available search options including (sector - service - payment date from - to) for purpose of facilitation of beneficiaries including citizens and residents access to payment data thereof. Government payments service is included in the scope of NCGR's products and services system, which is aimed at supporting government efforts for improvement of government financial transactions’ digital transformation for purpose of achievement of the Saudi Vision 2030 objectives via the provision of qualitative services and solutions, adhering to international standards to beneficiaries. Such service arises from NCGR's keenness to enhance digital government’s work, in addition to development of extremely precise digital products and services for all community members, whether citizens and residents. NCGR’s CEO, Eng. Yousef Abdulrahman Al-Hargan, clarified that NCGR is working on the improvement of digital solutions’ quality level in line with Saudi Vision 2030 by provision of distinguished digital services, optimization of beneficiaries’ experiences via unified and integrated systems, and enhancement of e-services in government financial transactions via innovation and utilization of modern technologies.

NCGR launches the "Government ERCAB" service via "Etimad" platform
NCGR launched the government ERCAB service via “Etimad” platform for facilitation of government travel procedures within government services digitization enhancement framework for public sector’s employees, in addition to other government services such as scholarships and medical trips for non-public sector employees. Such service resulted from a qualitative partnership between NCGR, the Ministry of Finance, Expenditures and Projects Efficiency Authority "EXPRO" and SAUDIA Airlines, aiming at facilitation of government travel procedures by services enhancement and development for beneficiaries via unified e-procedures. Said service enables beneficiaries to acquire travel tickets by using integrated digital procedures to improve operational efficiency in government authorities, through reduction of several procedures, starting from application filing through ticket issuance. Such service is distinguished by the issuance of ERCAB orders and travel tickets electronically in addition to the possibility of amendment of booking dates at any time upon issuance of approval for public sector’s employees, as well as cancellation of approved ERCAB order prior to ticket issuance easily and simply by contacting SAUDIA. Said service strives to deliver a one-of-a-kind digital experience for all government authorities and public sector employees, including civilians and military personnel, as well as individuals, including residents, citizens, and visitors. It is worth noting that NCGR works to provide various services and products via unified and integrated systems for enhancement of e-services quality level in government financial transactions, improvement of innovation and utilization of modern technologies for purpose of optimization of beneficiaries’ experiences.
